Eden Prairie High School Teacher Health Fair
This
past Monday, January 27, a few of us from OSR had the opportunity to head over
to the Eden Prairie School District’s Health Fair.
The event was held for all
of the district staff on a day that students did not attend school. Although
the weather was a bit harsh, we still had a good turnout and were able to talk
with many people. We had 3 drawings; one for a free personal training session,
one for a Bike Fit analysis and one for a gait analysis. It was surprising that
even though OSR is located short distance from the high school, many people
were not aware of our location, but most people had heard of us.
We were able
to give an overview of the treatment and services we provide and answer any
questions that the participants had asked. We met many new people and saw some
familiar, friendly faces. It was a wonderful opportunity to bring information
to the community and be involved in an event that reached many different
people. We look forward to participating again!
